The Port of Roadkill County has been operating its railway line since the late 1980's. We are determined to continue offering the best-possible services to our customers.

History

The Roadkill County Railroad is steeped in the history of the region, going all the way back to the 1880's. The first lines in the County were scattered logging concerns, such as the Dwindle Brothers, Svensson & Svensson, Cust Lumber, and Ickett Flume and Railroad Company. It wasn't until 1880 when the County saw its first "Common-carrier". The Siskiyou Pacific, a transcontinental gambit, was launched by local lumber magnate, Mr. W.F.
